芦原中学校では、
担任と生徒が年に2回
個別に面談を実施しています。
先生が生徒一人ひとりと向き合い、
対話することを通して
生徒を理解するための大切な時間。
生徒自身が自分について話すことで、
自分を見つめ、振り返り、
自己理解を深める時間。
生徒の抱える困ったことについて、
解決に向けての道筋を一緒に考える時間。
